Field Applications Engineer - Power Switching - Cambridge

My client has a market leading vision in intelligent power switching, and a rapidly growing team of Engineers in analogue, digital and power electronics. In order to continue this growth, my client needs an experienced Field Applications Engineer to come in and support their work in the field of high reliability and high efficiency power switching for medium and high voltage applications.

The Field Applications Engineer will meet the following criteria:

* Experience of working in a power electronics or drives design/development role in a commercial environment
* Degree qualified in Power Electronics or a related discipline
* Experience of application engineering, or a strong interest in making the step up to this role
* An energetic, confident approach
* Comfortable meeting with customers on-site and off-site, including international travel.
