You are a highly experienced tester with a real passion for ensuring quality standards are met and only the best possible work goes out of the door at the end of the day. You'll ideally have a good knowledge of Drupal and related best practices in order to help the whole team achieve the high calibre of work we are known for. You'll have a long track record of working on enterprise level development projects within an Agile environment.

You'll be comfortable with all forms of testing from load and performance to automated and unit. With your confidence from years of experience you'll be happy taking on a key role within our often complex and large projects.

Key accountabilities:
-Producing test plans with the developers and PMs.
-Produce test criteria against user stories in collaboration with product owner & business analysts/PM's.
-Ensuring 'definition of done' testing criteria are met.
-Managing test suites for projects to ensure standards are maintained.
-Work closely with product owners and project teams to balance budget and thorough testing.
-Clear communication with clients and teams.
-Ensuring agreed levels of quality are achieved.
-Support team members and clients where training is needed.

Essential:
-Substantial web / software testing experience.
-Good knowledge of Jenkins, Selenium and other testing tools.
-Proven experience of owning and managing the testing of large web based tools.
-Dedication to quality and web standards.
-A passion for best practice and pro-active in bringing in new ways of working.
-Great communication skills and a proactive can-do attitude.
-Experience working on enterprise agile / scrum projects.
-A university degree, preferably software engineering or related.

Desirable:
-Knowledge of Drupal and its best practices.
-Public contributions to open source projects (send us your GitHub ID, D.O ID).
-Experience of presenting at conferences, camps and meet-ups.
