Application Support Consultant required by leading finance organisation in the heart of London SQL £35,000 - £45,000


You will be responsible for taking ownership of certain core trading applications for this well known Hedge Fund. The role is support orientated - Application Support, not networks. You'll take ownership of two of their flagship applications used by the traders.


Knowledge and confidence supporting .net based applications is important to this role. Although you wont be a developer, it is expected that you'll be able to create the fixes yourself using .net technologies including C#, ASP.NET SQL. Any understanding of reporting tools is also of interest but by no means essential.


This is a great role for someone who is looking to move into a Product / Project management type career, or move into the financial services sectors (no previous finance exp required).
