Application Support Analyst Salesforce CRM large training budgets and basic £40-50k plus 10% bonus
With offices in 30+ locations and a user base in the thousands, a global marketing company require an Application Support Analyst to join a newly created support team for Salesforce CRM. User support issues will focus on, but will not be limited to, Salesforce CRM marketing based issues in how the company use Salesforce CRM for marketing purposes e.g. marketing surveys and will include supporting additional issues related to their Survey Monkey like software called Exact Target and Dovici (full training given).
Key responsibilities:
Maintain service(s) in all environments in line with business requirements and Change management process.
To provide technical application support to ensure continuous system availability within defined service level agreements
Provide support to global users in line with agreed SLA's
To manage application data to ensure integrity, security and availability.
To document and maintain processes for application support and management
To assist in the delivery training curriculum and new starter/refresher training schedules
To assist in application release testing and training requirements to ensure future upgrade plan delivery
