Account Handler

A new and exciting position has arisen in Leyland, Lancashire at Nitecrest Ltd, a world leader in the printed plastic card manufacturing industry.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a customer service background. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven individual with the ability to manage clients professionally.

You must be computer literate in Microsoft, have a good telephone manner and have the ability to work accurately whilst under pressure.

Experience in the print industry would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided. The applicant must be fluent in English and French in the written and spoken word, as they will be dealing with International clients. Fluency in other European languages would be an advantage but not essential.

This is an administrative role and does not involve selling.

This is a full time position and the salary is dependant on experience and will be discussed at the interview.

Full Time Permanent position - 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8.30 to 17.00
