Job Description
My Client a successful Software security organisation are looking to bring on an enthusiastic and hard working SQL Server Application Support Analyst.
My Client are rapidly expanding and due to more exiting projects coming up over the next few months are keen to take on the right person to help them with their Application Support and Service Desk queries.
Providing advice and guidance on certain applications and working with a mix of clients both face to face and over the telephone.
You will be liasing with the 2nd and 3rd Line teams to provide support as well as using SQL to write queries and touch on other technologies such as SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS and Crystal Reports.
Working in an ITIL environment you will get exposure to Problem and CHange management experience as well as Microsoft training if required.
An understanding of MS SQL Server would or enterprise manager would be great but not essential but this role will involve writing SQL Statements.
