This consulting firm are looking for a Business Analyst to identify the business needs and determine Open Source ECM solutions for customers and prospects. This role will also incorporate Change Management.

Responsibilities

Business Analysis:

- To work with business users to collect and aggregate business requirements, to manage expectations for ECM solutions, including documentation, design, and facilitating implementation as required;
- To provide expertise of ECM functionality and help identify opportunities in projects and to align these with the current ECM solutions;
- To contribute to the introduction and integration of new ECM functionality and best practise capabilities.

Change Management:

- To produce materials and participate in training, communication and awareness campaigns - including road-shows etc.;
- Co-ordination of super user community to help foster local "centres of excellence";
- To set and manage users and key stakeholders expectations in an appropriate manner;
- To manage job queues and priorities efficiently as well as effectively;
- To liaise with 3rd party suppliers where needed and develop positive working relationships with global stakeholders and Information Systems teams.

Secondary responsibilities:

- To assist service desk teams in troubleshooting and fault resolution, including documenting best- practice and FAQs;
- Participate in the evaluation of new ECM functionality;

- To provide technical administrator cover for system availability if required.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Demonstrated Business Analyst experience to include the following:

- Define and document business and technical requirements.
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of project management.
- Application testing, documentation and user training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, listening and interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
