To assist with our Spanish revolution we are seeking a General Manager to lead our Liverpool restaurant.

Our company, which comprises of La Vina which has 5 restaurants & La Tasca which has over 40restaurants first opened it's doors in Manchester in 1993 and operates across the UK from Glasgow to Portsmouth, Bath to Norwich & 5 in the USA.

What qualities are we looking for in a General Manager?

We are looking for a leader of people, someone who has a natural guest focus with an ability to act as the face of our business. A positive, 'can do' approach, an entrepreneurial spirit who can operate autonomously and treat the business as if it's their own, and work within a team of individuals who all take different approaches to their business but with the same goals - engage & lead a team to deliver great guest experience to drive sales and profit.

- You will have at least 2 years previous general management experience within a similar restaurant environment or casual dining brand

- Personal passion for providing a 'guest centric' experience and believe in never letting the guest down

- To be an ambassador driving brand standards including La Tasca's 'Hola' service culture

- Possess the skills and behaviours to be an inspirational leader to achieve great results through great teams

- To have a hunger to achieve your full potential with La Vina.

- A belief in developing talent from within and getting the best from our people

- The ability to crunch those numbers and be a financial whizz kid!

- Ability to network with local businesses and drive sales via external opportunities

- Has a good knowledge on the current trends of the casual dining sector
