Space Planner / Designer

Salary negotiable - room for improvement dependent upon experience

This is an exciting opportunity to join a privately owned furniture manufacturing company based in Keighley. They are looking for an confident ambitious individual to join their young team of Designers.

In this role you will support and supplement the sales team with pre-sales presentation documents including 2D and 3D room plans. Design and develop scheme layouts and proposals for client review. Proactively co-ordinating with their existing and new suppliers regarding development of new products, processes and materials advancement to develop the company's progression within the current market.

Knowledge experience and understanding of (but not essential) as training will be given:

- 2D & 3D Drawing Packages such as AutoCAD, Revit Architecture and Autodesk VIZ
- Industry Standards and guidelines around space planning in Educational Furniture Design
- External web based internet and intranet systems such as Buzzaw/Icosnet/4P
- Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Full UK Driving Licence would be an advantage
