An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Management Customer Service Desk Advisor based in Newcastle to join an expanding company. The Service desk will focus on providing a professional Customer Service for all FM clients, internal stakeholders and contract teams within the FM Business. Providing a proactive service utilising the CONCEPT CAFM system to manage; all planned and reactive works / tasks, liaising with Clients, Service teams, suppliers and stakeholders as required.
As a Customer Service Desk Advisor your duties will be to:
• Provide a first point of contact via telephone, e-mail fax or other means as appropriate for Customers and contract stakeholders, providing a professional service in line with contractual requirements.
• Answer all calls within the agreed SLA times.
• Provide a proactive and intelligent service for clients and contract teams at all times and follow up on Facilities Management Service Desk requests in an accurate manner which is in line with contractual requirements.
• Liaise with the Clients so that all events are handled effectively and that work is allocated to the correct person/sub-contractor, once completed, closed off correctly in Concept system.
• Monitor reactive and planned works to advise on issues that may breach contractual SLA’s. Progress jobs through to completion within the CAFM system.
• Ensure all administration for the Service Desk is completed efficiently so as to ensure the smooth running of the contracts at all times such that optimum service levels are achieved.
• Ensure that CAFM and Service Desk Reporting is operated to the standards required by the contractual parameters and to the requirements of the contract manager/clients.
• Work within a team of Customer Service Advisors on a rotating shift pattern to ensure the customer service centre is manned appropriately.
An ideal Customer Service Desk Advisor will hold the following skills and experiences:
• Have demonstrable experience providing end to end customer service in a call centre environment. An understanding, if not a working experience, of facilities management.
• Be organised, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and an exceptional telephone manner.
• Should be able to work to deadlines and know how to prioritise tasks and fluctuating workloads.
