The employer-responsive arm of Tresham College of Further and Higher Education, Evolve, is looking for a Senior Sector Specialist - Engineering & Electrical to join their team.

Overview of the post:
The Senior Sector Specialist - Engineering & Electrical oversees the effective co-ordination, delivery and deployment of integrated programmes of competence-based work training and create and develop specific sector-based frameworks and courses in line with industry needs.
The successful candidate will have a good all round level of education to include Maths and English to GCSE (Grade A - C), or equivalent level (level 2), a level 3 or above in the relevant sector area, A1 and V1 assessor qualifications (or equivalent) and a PTLLS qualification. You will also have recent and relevant commercial or industrial experience within the occupational area, have knowledge of recent developments in training and assessing and experience of managing a team. Knowledge of WBL and CIF frameworks is essential as well as experience of co-ordinating competence-based programmes and a demonstrable knowledge of equality and diversity.
