English Teacher

An English teaching post has just opened up at this all Girls Grammar School, which accepts boys into sixth form, in Kent . The post starts immediately, and although it is temporary, there is the option of becoming permanent.

This school has approximately 1220 pupils between the ages of 11-18, and has been rated as 'Outstanding' by Ofsted. They work extensively with a range of partners and have excellent feedback from parents in regards to meeting the pupils' needs. The school is constantly reviewing its performance and professional development which have been confirmed as exceptional within the Ofsted report.

Gatwick airport is under 45 minutes drive away, and Stansted airport is just over an hour in the car. The nearest train station is under a mile from the school and i t takes approximately an hour and a half to reach London on the train.

To be eligible to apply for this post, you must be a qualified teacher or a teacher who is qualifying before September 2014.
