Receptionist (Maternity Cover)
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team for the academic year 2014/15. The post holder will be required to provide continuous cover on the school switchboard and within the reception area, as well as undertake a range of administrative duties including some evening work to support school events.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel. They will also need to be organised, flexible in their approach and possess good interpersonal skills.
Previous experience of working in a school office would be an advantage but is not essential.
36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.15 am – 4.30 pm, full time contract
Band C, salary £15,189 per annum, within the range £15,189 to £15,882.
Weatherhead is a high performing academy with exceptional resources. In Years 7 – 11 there is an intake of 250 girls in each Year Group and 400 students in our over-subscribed mixed 6th Form.
