One of the UK’s leading discount booksellers is seeking full and part time Warehouse Operatives at its warehouse in Bangor, Wales. Successful candidates will earn £6.75 to £7.76 per hour depending on shift pattern and full weekly attendance.
As a Warehouse Operative you will assist in the overall production and despatch of customer orders. Start dates are available throughout September and October, with contracts running until Christmas. Core responsibilities will include.
• To pick and pack orders
• To work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
• To keep work area clean and tidy
• To maintain high levels of Health and Safety standards
• To achieve the targets and job standards set out by Team Leaders/Supervisors
• To be communicative between Team Leaders/Supervisors
• To be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work
• To perform any reasonable request from Team Leaders/Supervisors
To be successful in your application you should possess the following skills and experience:
• Comfortable with repetitive light, medium and heavy lifting
• Reliable, with a flexible approach
• Attention to detail
• Good standard of numeracy
A variety of full and part time hours/days are available from 16- to 40-hours per week as well as three shift patterns, days, evening or nights in the lead up to Christmas. Candidates will need to indicate their shift preferences when applying.
