We are looking for a number of Case Handlers who have adept knowledge around investments, protection and remediation for our financial services/banking client based in Aylesbury. Candidates must have experience in investments and/or remediation and previous experience of file reviewing to be considered for this role.
Investment experience
1. Possession of FPC 1,2,3, (essential) or Level 4 - Certificate in Financial Planning or equivalent
2. Diploma in Financial Planning (a distinct advantage)
3. CF2 - Investment and risk (an advantage although not essential)
4. R02 - Investment principles and Risk (an advantage although not essential)
5. Financial protection advice
6. Investment technical knowledge
7. Relevant Investment Qualifications
8. Experience of remediation or products miss sold
9. Verification of protection products
10. Must be able to commit to no less than 6 months of the project
Personal & Technical Skills:
• Investment experience essential
• Remediation experience
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail with customer focus
• Excellent planning and organisation skills
• IT proficient, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
