An opportunity has arisen to appoint a Kitchen assistant, based at Heatherwood Court in Pontypridd. As a Kitchen assistant, you will ensure that Kitchen standards are upheld, having personal awareness and responsibility of Health and Safety guidelines to effectively ensure that tasks are undertaken in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring your own and others safety at all times thus allowing for smooth running of the kitchen.
As a Kitchen Assistant your main duties will be to clean and store equipment, crockery, cutlery and utensils in a safe and hygienic manner and manage the daily cleaning of all areas of the kitchen in accordance with the Units schedules and specifications, using appropriate equipment, chemicals and work methods.
