EVENING CALL CENTRE SUPERVISOR
We are looking for someone to join the existing management team in the telephone unit.
Responsibilities include: supervising a team of telephone interviewers, monitoring performance, interviewer appraisals, motivating staff, dealing with general enquiries.
Strong people skills are a must, previous call centre experience is advantageous.
Full time: Hours of work 1pm -9pm 4 days a week.
Salary £14,000 plus bonus
