Elsevier is part of the Reed Elsevier Group plc, which is a world leading provider of professional information solutions in science and health, legal, risk management, and business to business sectors.
A key role within their Human Resources team has arisen due to the strategic and global growth area of Elsevier and the Reed Elsevier Group as a whole. The position in question calls for a Reporting Analyst to be permantly based out of Oxford. The position will be working within a global team with colleagues spread across Europe and into parts of the US.
Due to the geographical spread of this team, experience working within a similar multinational is vital. This position will call for you to offer business and systmes data support to the entirity of Europe. A big focus for yourself and the team as a whole is around process improvement and implementation across the whole of the HRMS function.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven PeopleSoft system management and reporting experience
- Deep knowledge of various HRIS systems and processes.
- PS Query writing capability
- Excellent computer literacy in particular Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook (must be an advanced user of Excel).
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills
- Ownership of the data setup and maintenance for European and Latin America business units.
- Provide regional leadership in HRMS system enhancements including data structure enhancements
