Chinese Speaking Customer Assistant wanted at Heathrow. No experience needed as long as fluent in Chinese and speak English!!
This role involves acting professionally and be customer friendly at all times, with a helpful, polite and courteous manner in front of all passengers, colleagues and Retailers. The majority of the role will involve interacting with passengers, persuading them to shop if they had not planned to, or encouraging them to spend more by talking to them about offers and promotions across the Terminal.
Candidate should be confident selling the products to the customers/Passengers.
As long as you are Native Chinese or Fluent in Chinese Please Apply.
