The Company:
Our client is an International company
Main Duties: To support the Customer Service Manager towards proactively responding to customers' queries via email or phone
The Role:
Help managing the team towards achieving KPI Report to Customer Service Manager
Daily contacts with Customers, taking orders, enquiries & solving any delivery issues or payments
Responsible for customer’s database
Support on major Customer European Key Accounts
Ensure that all complaints or queries are dealt with professionally & in a timely manner
Maintain an excellent service to keep customers/team happy
Recommend new ideas to improve customer service process
Translation & general administration duties
The Candidate:
Fluent in English + French business level (Written & spoken)
Previous experience leading a phone-based customer service team is essential
Strong Customer service experience - ideally 2 to 3 years (Call centre environment)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Leadership / Team building skills
Customer service focus, Team player, excel in building working relationships
Organised, motivated, proactive & dynamic
Computer literate (excel / outlook…)
