A highly organised, motivated and enthusiastic individual required for exciting opportunity within a busy and thriving office. Flexibility is key for this role. Applicants must have previous experience in managing diaries, good written and verbal communication and administration skills, an excellent telephone manner, be PC Literate with experience of e-mail, internet, Word and Excel as well as online reservations systems. Be honest, reliable, trustworthy and punctual. A good, professional telephone manner is required and knowledge of book-keeping and/or basic accounts is also essential. Full training on bespoke company software and system will be provided.

Duties will include: * Dealing with clients enquiries by telephone and e-mail

* Responding to quotation requests by telephone, e-mail and fax
* Placing bookings on the system, coordinating bookings with chauffeurs and clients * Basic office administration tasks
* Some PA duties and any other related duties as required.
* Candidates should be able to work on their own initiative and be able to complete set tasks on their own.

This is a full-time position paying the national minimum wage with excellent prospects for the right individual, with potential to earn more through commission and overtime.
