Role Responsibility

We are urgently seeking to recruit a Technical Support Executive, who has a computer science/ IT related degree and background, to join the team. You will work within the Technical Support Team, assuming responsibility for the delivery of exceptional technical support of the Communicator platform to our clients.

Duties will include the successful handling of telephone calls and emails and efficient resolution of client queries whilst complying with Service Level Agreements.  

This is a challenging role as our Technical Support Executives are expected to provide exceptional technical support to internal/external Clients using the Communicator Platform and so, you should be willing to learn, will have an interest in technology and will have studied a computer/ IT related degree.

The Ideal Candidate

You will not only possess a technical knowledge and excellent communication skills but you will demonstrate professional behaviour and will use your initiative to troubleshoot. 

The ideal candidate for this position will be bright, proactive, confident with an interest in digital (email and mobile), marketing and developing technologies. You will have an excellent understanding of customer service and will have some experience working in a customer centric role.

·         The ability to work unsupervised as well as within a team

·         Excellent technical ability

·         Problem solving skills

·         Knowledge or interest of the digital or direct marketing industry

·         An aptitude for working with technology based solutions

·         Flexible attitude towards working hours

·         Be able to Visit Clients on scheduled visits if required.
