Building Surveyor
Our client is an independent and reputable Building & Quantity Surveying and Construction Consultancy practice based in Dorset.
Due to an expanding workload, they have an opportunity for an additional surveyor to join their busy projects team.
You will need literacy and AutoCAD proficiency as you will be managing your projects from start to finish.
Good building surveying knowledge including party wall, CDM Co-Ordination, and preferably Homebuyer Surveys will be important as are strong contract admin skills a good grasp of the financials behind planning/lifecycle costing and to be good with excel.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing diverse and dynamic practice.
RICS qualification preferred but not essential, training towards qualification in place.
Working hours 9am - 5.30pm (or as job dictates), includes 26 days holiday (including bank holidays) aswell as a phone, car mileage and expenses.
Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
