A Commercial Gas Breakdown/Service Engineer Supervisor is required to join a specialist M&E provider with an outstanding reputation for risk management, delivering excellent levels of service and actively promoting equality of opportunity.

They have regional offices in Birmingham and Liverpool and over 250 engineers are employed within the business. Established over 50 years, they work predominately for the residential, social housing and commercial sectors, providing a full range of gas, electrical, mechanical maintenance, installation, repair, and new build / refurbishment services.

Working across the Merseyside and Manchester areas, you must have experience in building services installations including full range of HVA services
Supervision/Management of staff and subcontractors.


Liaising with site managers & clients in professional manor. 
Ordering & inventories of materials. 
Quality control and snagging. This is a hands on role so you must be able to complete works.

You must have experience of an extensive range of commercial gas boilers and able to achieve a high first-time-fix. 


Requirements:

- Minimum Qualifications required: ACS Gas Engineer with diagnostics skills TPCP1A, CODNCO1, CORT1, CIGA1, ICPN1
- Proven Extensive fault finding experience on a wide range of boilers
- Good understanding of electrical controls and circuits
- Plan and schedule work appropriately and keep to appointments
- Goes beyond what is expected to get results
- Demonstrate an awareness of costing boiler parts to maximise financial performance of contract
- Keep focused on achieving a high first time fix rate
- Have the right attitude towards the contract, who takes pride in their work and who become disappointed if they get a re-attend on a job
- Monitor and reports on healthy and safety issues
- Pro-active in sourcing parts as soon as possible at best price
- Represent the group in a professional and respectful manner
- Customer Focused

40 hours per week, 20 days holidays plus bank holidays, van, van-stock and uniform provided. Salary offered is between £32 and £40K plus overtime.
