Igloo are looking to recruit an experienced administrator for our ever growing warehouse in Normanton, Wakefield.
Working alongside a well-known on line retail logistics company, you would be the face of Igloo in the contractors office each morning.
Daily duties include:
Attending morning briefings
Administration, including using excel spreadsheets, word documents, email and Google maps
Supporting the drivers over the phone with any issues
Booking in interviews
Taking advert response calls
Applicants must be enthusiastic and outgoing with excellent customer services skills and a great telephone manner, must be confident using computer software packages.
Must be confident and comfortable in dealing with a large number of drivers throughout the day.
Flexibility is a must as there may be some additional hours we can offer throughout the week.
Successful applicants will be required to undergo a CRB check and drug and alcohol testing.
