Randstad Education is recruiting Qualified Teaching Assistants to support pupils from the Early Years and Foundation Stage to Key Stage 2 Year 6 for work in Blackpool schools. We require qualified & experienced Teaching Assistants to cover day to day and emergency vacancies.

The Job:
We are looking for Teaching Assistants to support Teachers and Schools who can:
- be available and ready to accept vacancies at relatively short notice if necessary
- treat every assignment as if it is permanent role, injecting a sense of purpose into the classroom and helping the school and pupils to the best of your ability
- develop professional relationships with pupils and staff
- have high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour and an understanding of how all children learn best
- are highly motivated
- approach curriculum development creatively

The School the child:
We are proud to support a diverse portfolio of schools within the area. These schools range in size, catchment, religious background and ethos. Within these schools our Teaching Assistants support pupils of different ability levels, SEN, EAL and from many different home lives, cultures and backgrounds from Early Years and Foundation stage through to KS2 Year 6. We understand that very child is different so we carefully match our Support staff with the schools and children to which they work with best.
