JOIN US IN THE HEART OF LONDON FOR THIS EXCITING OPPORTUNITY

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with the ability to play a leading role in the analysis, design and support of a large, SITS-based student records system for a leading University in London?

Founded as Britain's first polytechnic in 1838 and located in the heart of London, the University of Westminster is a cosmopolitan university building on its roots as an innovative institution with a social conscience.

To capitalise on its investment in best-of-breed information systems, the University of Westminster has embarked on a large programme of work to improve its implementation of Tribal's SITS:Vision Student Records System. Since its implementation, the SITS system has evolved considerably in response to changing business and sector demands and has become integral to the University's operation.

The improvements planned will allow the University to deliver a better experience to students and staff and will be a key enabler for its Learning Futures Programme, part of the 2020 strategic vision. To play a key role in this programme they are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will support the successful delivery of the Student Records System Optimisation Project by undertaking process and systems analysis and design working closely with a variety of business users across the University.

The post holder will be expected to use structured analysis techniques to investigate and document AS IS and TO BE processes providing both challenge and support to the internal process owners. The role will involve working collaboratively with colleagues from across the Information Services organisation ' the Student Records System Team, the Optimisation Project team and the ICT Infrastructure teams ' as well as with members of groups using SITS at all levels more widely across the University and with vendor consultants.

Applicants will be educated to degree level or have equivalent relevant experience and have in-depth understanding of business analysis and requirements definition approaches. Experience of the Student Records System in the management of the student lifecycle is also required.

This is an exciting project for someone with a strong business analysis background who wishes to further develop their skills and experience in this area.
