£25-35k OTE with the potential for higher earnings for overachievement
Working 5.5 days per week plus weekends are on a rota basis
To be successful in Sales you will need to be able to use your social skills to build customer relationships in order to achieve stretching but achievable targets in a process-driven environment, whilst providing exceptional levels of customer satisfaction for which you will be well-rewarded.
We are looking for applicants that have New or Used Car Motor Trade experience. As well as this you will also need to demonstrate that you have used your sales skills to achieve your goals in the past. You need to be target driven and hungry for success in this industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Adds value to the showroom environment
* Uses available time to keep up to date with product information
* Maintains a knowledge of new and used stocks
* Builds new relationships with customers
* Uses prospecting to quickly develop new customer relationships
* Makes a warm and friendly first impression and builds a level of rapport with each customer using verbal and non-verbal techniques
* Gathers the main information needed for using a variety of questioning techniques
* Uses active listening to understand what the customer is saying and requires
* Discovers and retains customer wants and needs and has a good understanding of their buying motives. Listens for further opportunities e.g. finance, options etc.
* Excellent Product Knowledge including options and accessories
* Comprehensive knowledge of product features, options, and accessories and can articulate their function and benefit

* Achieving personal work goals and objectives
* Proven results in a sales environment and exceeding expectations
* Comfortable with working in a target driven environment
* Coping with pressures and setbacks
* Presenting and communicating information
