You will be supporting people in their own homes and within the community, assisting them to lead an independent and fulfilling life; the people they support are at the heart of all they do. Their team of Support Workers will be based in Market Warsop, but also in Mansfield, Worksop and Ashfield - the local area offers lots of opportunities for the people they support to get involved in activities including; bowling, swimming and shopping to name a few.

No previous experience? No Problem! All of their staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support. From day-to-day, their Support Workers find themselves helping people go to college, take a holiday or learn to cook, or any one of a number of other activities.

**This position is potentially rural and you will be required to have your own transport, you will also be required to drive a Motability vehicle so it is essential that you have a full UK / European licence**
