Marketing Manager - Electro-Mechanical

As the Marketing Manager you will be tasked with providing leadership and strategic direction for the electro-mechanical marketing activity in both the UK and Middle East territories. Specifically this will include supporting demand creation activity (targeted around particular verticals in the Middle East- primarily Healthcare and Transportation), as well as developing marketing communication plans (literature, promotions, direct mail, advertising and PR), managing the marketing of product launches, assisting the development of distribution partners and monitoring the execution against the marketing budget.

Skills Requirements
Experience of managing marketing activity to both end user customers and distribution, essential
Proven track record of leading and managing strategic demand creation with measurable results from marketing campaigns/initiatives/activity
Proven ability to create and achieve a strategic marketing plan, supporting short and medium-term commercial objectives and enabling the achievement of the long range plan
Excellent level literacy (grammar etc) and numeracy, essential
Good commercial acumen required
Good people management, leadership and talent stewardship skills
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; strong interpersonal relationship skills
Ability to work in, lead and manage virtual teams/stakeholders
