Location: Central London. Nearest Tube: Blackfriars
Hours:Mon - Fri 42.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: GBP30,000 per annum

A Bid Writer is required to work with the Security Bid Manager in preparation and production of bids. This role will be based out of City of London office. You will be responsible for drafting responses to PQQ and ITTs and supporting the sales effort in winning new business.
Other duties includes carrying out all administration relating to bids including proof reading proposals, maintaining database of project summaries for the development of tendering process and researching into potential suppliers. You will also be required to co-ordinate bid response activities to ensure deadlines are met by all involved in specific bids. Successful applicant ideally needs to be IT Literate (MS excel, word, outlook, publisher & project), excellent written communication skills, good attention to detail for writing and proofing, ideally with a creative flair.
You must be flexible as will be working away from the City Office occasionally travelling to Support Offices and client locations. It is essential that the successful applicant needs to be capable of working unsupervised and have the drive and initiative to undertake necessary tasks without formal direction. Must be deadline driven and have good interpersonal skills.
