You will be the senior member of the sales team within the fascia 3) so previous supervisory and retail experience is essential. You may be responsible for cashing up as well as holding keys to the store. Key Features

• Responsible for running a department within the store Supervise
• Supervise and motivate a small team to achieve departmental targets
• Be responsible for locking-up/cashing-up in the absence of the store manager or assistant manager

About you

• Previous retail experience, ideally in a supervisor role
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Previous experience of supervising a small team
