You will have a proven track record in leading and motivating a large team in driving sales to exceed targets, manage stock effectively and ensure that exceptional customer service is offered at all times. You must have a proven track record in retail management with strong commercial awareness; you will need to be highly organised with excellent communication and influencing skills.

We are very excited to announce that our client will be opening a brand new store in a prime location in Leeds’ busy shopping area. This very large store will also be home to Cycle Surgery and Runners Need all under one roof. It offers fantastic selling space with state of the art fixtures, fittings and technical equipment to make it a very unique shopping experience.

Whether you are the Store Manager or a part time Sales Associate, you will have a passion for and strong personal interest in at least one of the core market areas and have a genuine empathy with our customers so that you can demonstrate the Group’s purpose to be the absolute authority on product and advice.
