HR Information Systems Analyst / Developer, Financial Services, London c£40-£45k

Fantastic opportunity available for an HRIS / HR Information Systems Analyst / Developer to join this leading Investment Manager in their City of London Offices. The HRIS Analyst will assist in the development, maintenance and testing of their HRIS processes and procedures. You will have a solid background and in depth understanding of SQL and expert / advanced Excel (e.g. vlookup, pivot tables, etc) and experience developing tables, screens, importantly workflows and reports to implement new or enhanced functionality. Experience of working with medium sized HR system software e.g. HR.net or similar systems suited to employers with up to 5000 employees essential. Large scale HR systems experience is inappropriate for this position. You will be joining a great organisation and a good team in the HR department where the role sits (not part of IT) and will get involved in a variety of important work. Salary available up to £45,000 pro rata for the 9 month fixed-term contract and a great chance to make that first move into the financial markets from other industry areas.
