Our client is a thriving web development company. They build web-based software applications and websites, and they work with a range of companies, charities and other organisations, mostly in the Oxford area
Due to expansion, they are looking for a skilled ASP.NET developer to join their team.
Job requirements
First and foremost, you must be passionate about building high quality, easy to use software.
They’re looking for a developer who is fluent and experienced in creating web-based software using ASP.NET (C#), Microsoft SQL Server, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and who is comfortable liaising with clients directly from specification to support.
Experience of any of the following would also be beneficial but is not required: Access, Umbraco, native or cross-platform mobile app development, Telerik controls / KendoUI, MVC, Entity Framework or other ORM, IIS administration, BootStrap, and WordPress.

This is a great opportunity to work in a varied development role, working on exciting projects alongside their relaxed, friendly and professional team. Most projects are of a size that allow you to take complete ownership of the code and give you a lot of direct contact with the client. Because they work across many different industries, they get to use a variety of different technologies so there’s always something new to learn!
The office is in central Oxford within walking distance of public transport. Unusually for Oxford, there is parking as well.
Hours: 37 per week. They’re quite flexible about working hours, within reason.
