Business Analyst, Software SAAS provider, Agile environment, LondonBusiness Analyst required by world-leading provider of SAAS solutions. The company are changing - both in terms of the current products they are offering and also the future products they are looking to introduce over the next 12 months. They are in urgent need of 1, potential two contract BA's to help with this immediate workload, BA's who are able to really hit the ground running.
One of the key areas you'll be responsible for scoping out is a new B2B ecommerce platform they are looking to offer for their clients. This is very much at the 'idea' stage right now, so they are looking to take this to the next level and create Business Cases and scoping the project out in fuller detailer. Ideally, you'll have experience of scoping out such type of projects (ie B2B ecommerce sites) but this isn't necessarily essential as we recognise it's not going to be that easy to find. If you have prior experience in Documenting a Business Case (essential), gathering requirements (essential) from senior stakeholders and creating functional specs then we're onto a winner.
The second area you'll be looking at will be on the effective documentation of previous work already undertaken to ensure effective Knowledge Management - something that failed to happen on a couple of recent projects which needs to be brought back up to speed.
