Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Swavesey, CB24 4UQ

The fast growth in consumer awareness of wearables, mobile health and enterprise wellbeing have resulted in huge growth potential for the company brand. The company's products aim to harness the power and value of mobile human data to solve real world problems. They work in the Professional welfare and clinical research sectors and are also expanding into the healthcare sector.

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for management of the company's marketing activities. This is a challenging role, which will involve increasing the profile and resultant revenue of the company brand, by building and maintaining marketing presence with all stakeholder channels. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for communication of the values and vision of the Company brand.

Skills and Experience:
*Experience in relevant sectors in a marketing role
*Proven marketing experience some of which would have been in a relevant industry sector
*Good numeracy skills and a knowledge of statistics
*High standard of computer literacy
*Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels
*Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in marketing, and business (competitive) strategy
*Extremely effective communication skills both written and spoken
*Creativity and Adaptability
*Good negotiating and interpersonal skills

Ideal Attributes/Competencies
*Relevant scientific/technical education
*Technical proficiency with web/ digital marketing
*Technical proficiency with design programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design

Duties and Responsibilities:
Contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns. Tasks will involve:

*Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations;
*Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
*Production and maintenance of sales & marketing materials, including presentations, website, leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, technical datasheets, e-newsletters, videos and DVDs;
*Writing and proofreading copy;
*Liaising with designers and printers;
*Managing campaigns on social media
*Organising photo shoots;
*Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;
*Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the organisation and the campaign maintaining and updating customer databases;
*Organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
*Sourcing and securing sponsorship;
*Conducting market research for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups;
*Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
*Managing budgets;
*Monitoring and evaluating marketing campaigns;
*Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues
*Act as spokesperson for the company with press and analysts and at industry events
