The Company:
Our client is a well established British company exporting worldwide
Main duties:
To be in charge of the day to day sales coordination and administration within a busy export sales department and to ensure the highest standard of customer services
The Role:
- To provide customer support to French-speaking customers
- To process orders and ensure on-time delivery
- To liaise with other departments regarding product Availability / Quality / Shipment / Pricing
- To communicate with customers overseas and handle enquiries and complaints
- To update customers details accurately on the system
- To perform daily export administration
The Candidate:
- Fluent in English & French (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in Export documentation is desirable but not essential
- Has proven Customer Service and/or Sales order processing experiences (via telephone, fax and e-mail onto a customised computer system)
- Strong attention to details with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate (Excel)
- An interest in Fashion - advantage

£17,000 pa + Bens
