Community Support/Outreach Workers
Car Driver essential, Week Days/Evenings/Weekends full or part time on-going bookings urgently required.
We are looking for community based support workers to support adults & young people with learning and physical disabilities to access the local community and peer group activities.
Successful applicants will have a proven work history in supporting adults and/or children with disabilities.
• Clean UK Driving Licence & business insurance is required.
Work in and around L B Hillingdon and Ealing
