A Business Development Executive is required to join the industry leading provider of software products and market data to the regulated financial community as part of a new Know Your Customer (KYC)/Anti Money Laundering (AML) managed service. This is a very rare opportunity for an experienced Business Development Executive, with a proven track record of success in selling to the financial community across the EMEA region, to join a business area that is predicted to grow rapidly over the coming years.

The Business Development Executives core responsibility will be to build a market presence for the new KYC/AML service. In order to achieve this core aim, it is expected that the Business Development

Executive will:

- Develop commercially productive relationships with Financial Institutions, focusing on the Operations and Regulatory Compliance/MLRO functions;

- Understand the global, regional, and domestic market dynamics related to KYC client due diligence regulatory requirements.

Further responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Delivery of annual revenue targets; managing a sales pipeline of opportunities with ability to forecast and close deals;

- Build productive relationships with key stakeholders (eg Managing Directors) in order to promote the KYC/AML managed service;

- Develop the business positioning within the market through a robust GTM/regional account plan.

The successful Business Development Executive will be able to demonstrate a sound track record of:

- Building and maintaining deep and influential client relationships;

- Conceptual selling;

- Closing significant, large and complex agreements;

- Applying strategic thinking to complex issues and delivering thoughtful recommendations and relevant action plans;

- Building and leading high performing teams of financial professionals.

Candidates who are able to call upon experience selling managed KYC/AML services will be viewed very favourably for the role. Furthermore, given the role will involve selling to the EMEA region, candidates who are able to speak either German or French will find themselves in a highly advantageous position.
