Youll need to work at some pace so it goes without saying youll need huge energy and great route planning skills. In fact, youll know your local area like the back of your hand. Whether youve experience in parcel delivery or not, it would be ideal if youve driven a suitable category of van before and have a good understanding of residential delivery procedures but that isnt essential. What is essential is that youre friendly, helpful, have good people skills and know what it takes to provide a great service. You must also be a safe driver with a full UK driving licence and the initiative to manage your own time.
