What will I be doing?

You will be joining our New Business (Contracts) team that works with some of the UK and Europe's leading companies and will be given full responsibility and accountability to build and manage your own desk in your own niche market.

We'll ask you to provide a genuinely 'Consultative Approach' and build long term relationships with both your clients and candidates and to use your talent of influencing and communicating with people.

We give you all the 'tools' required including one of the industry leading CRM/Database systems, JobBoards/LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter (yes we pay you to use Facebook and Twitter) and other Social Media networks, you will be using your own tenacity and natural skills at finding the proverbial needle in a world sized haystack.
