SPECIALITY: REHABILITATION NURSE
LOCATION: YORK
SALARY: 24, 000 - 28,000
BS Social Care are a national organisation, specialising in the recruitment of professionals within the health and social care sector. We are currently working alongside one of the countries most passionate and fastest growing rehab providers, assisting them in their recruitment of a staff nurse.
As staff nurse, you will be responsible for the direct care of the care of service user's who experience spinal injurys. You will be responsible in delivering an effective care plan working towards an end goal of independence when leaving the service.
The successful candidate will be a registered nurse (RGN) with 2 years post qualification experience with two years experience managing staff as well as a solid and comprehensive knowledge of care standards. You will have understanding of ventilator's. Experience working in an intensive care unit is also beneficial but not essential.
You will contribute input in designing care plans for patients with spinal injury's with the intention of them eventually returning to there own homes with a new found independence and confidence.
