BS Social Care are a national organisation, specialising in the recruitment of professionals within the health and social care sector. We are currently working alongside one of the countries most passionate and fastest growing rehab providers, assisting them in their recruitment of a Clinical Lead Nurse.
As a clinical lead, you will be responsible for the direct management of the care team and the nursing staff on the floor of allocated units. You will also be responsible for the day to day running of the centre in the absence of the manager.
The successful candidate will be a registered nurse (RGN) with 5 years post qualification experience with two years experience managing staff as well as a solid and comprehensive knowledge of care standards. You will have understanding of ventilator's. Experience working in an intensive care unit is also beneficial but not essential.
You will contribute input in deigning care plans for patients with spinal injury's with the intention of them eventually returning to there own homes with a new found independence and confidence.
