Administrator Assistant - Minley

I am looking for an Administrator Assistant to join my Client's team in Minley providing administrative support for their business unit which provides many of the support services for the British Army training.

My Client is a leading engineering company and a FTSE100 Organisation.

The responsibilities within this opportunity include:

  • Management and general Administration of the office, assisting the Administration Manager
  • Answering telephone calls in a professional manner and taking accurate messages
  • Answering any general enquiries
  • Filing and archive through both paper and electronic systems
  • Managing diaries and bookings for conference rooms
  • Maintaining office supplies

A successful applicant will require:

  • Good IT skills
  • Well organised and a good communicator
  • Focused on delivery of results and manages time effectively
  • Good teamwork ethic
  • Good with English (verbally and written)
  • GCSE Qualifications minimum
  • Applicant must hold a driving license and their own transport
