As part of a senior management project team, the Operations / Business Improvement Manager must identify, define, scope and deploy on-going business improvement opportunities whilst working as part of a small team outside of the defined organisational structure as an internal consultant/change agent.

You must deploy business improvement initiatives/processes throughout the UK operations and analyse financial, operational and customer service data; identifying performance gaps/risks and trends at business, regional and individual level.

Educated to degree level or equivalent, the successful candidate will have operational management experience gained within a commercial and target driven organisation along with good working knowledge of continuous improvement/lean six sigma methodologies.

With the ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment, you will be hardworking, flexible and able to contribute ideas in order to improve the business. You will have experience of process deployment, project/change management and the delivery of improved financial performance through sustainable change.

Candidates who have multi-site experience are highly desirable as are those who have had experience of matrix management.
