CRM Manager - Manchester

£50,000 Plus Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute continued growth and success within the Marketing Team. The role will report into the Online Marketing Manager and will develop the CRM strategy across email, SMS and direct mail

Key responsibilities will include:

- Developing engaging, impactful and personal campaigns that drive retention and loyalty to meet commercial objectives

- Working with senior management and team to raise the profile of CRM within the business

- Developing the acquisition strategy across email and direct mail

- End to end responsibility of lifecycle campaigns including: segmentation, welcome and re-engagement programs

- Gathering strategic insights to inform CRM strategy in terms of campaign generation and existing campaign improvement

- Identifying and selecting target groups for campaign initiatives and creating Global testing plans to determine the optimal combination for activity, to include offer, timing, creative etc

- Analysing existing customer behaviours and identifying key customer moments when CRM communications should be executed

- Developing and briefing creative copy and concepts to creative team for design

- Reporting on performance to senior management

- Managing a team and external agencies

- Experienced in customer management, strategy and execution

- Have knowledge of databases and email platforms

- Able to perform in a fast paced, highly pressurised environment
