THE ROLE
Reporting to the Operations Director you will ensure campaigns are delivered in line with the client’s request in terms of both content and services paid for. Your responsibilities will include:

• Screening and selection in line with client requirements.
• Monitoring campaign progress and ensuring that amendments/suggestions for change are discussed and agreed with the clients.
• Managing communications with job applicants, both inbound and outbound.
• Arranging and conducting telephone interviews in accordance with the role requirements, ensuring suitable questioning techniques are employed.
• Collating results from telephone interviews and presenting outcomes and feedback to the client/applicant as appropriate.
• Providing constructive feedback to applicants and managing/escalating responses.
• Updating clients on shortlisted applicants as required.
• Providing information/reports to senior management when required.
• Handling incoming calls from customers, agencies and applicants in relation to queries regarding application functionality, password errors etc.

THE PERSON
You will be well educated and have a good understanding of the recruitment process and the importance of filling a role quickly. You will ideally have exposure to screening applications to job descriptions but this is not essential

You will be professional, confident and articulate with the ability to prioritise your work and ensure operational efficiency. You will be able to work on your own or as part of a team, but you will be confident enough to take accountability for your work. You must be able to work under pressure and to tight and exacting deadlines, be client focussed and possess the strength to put forward ideas or suggestions to improve service delivery. In addition, you must be IT literate and have a good working knowledge of the internet and of online processes.
