We are looking for a Graduate Researcher for one year to join our successful Cardiff office and work on executive search assignments across the Private and Public sectors. The role of a Graduate Researcher The role of a Graduate Researcher is to work with our Researchers to identify top individuals for our clients by understanding the clients’ business needs, mapping the market, identifying and approaching people and assessing their interest and fit for the role. It is a demanding role that requires persistence and creativity. It offers experience not only of working within the UK’s number one executive search firm but also exposure to the wide range of business and public sector worlds. Essential requirements are for someone who: • Works well under pressure and can deliver high quality research • Has outstanding communication skills • Applies a methodical approach and has excellent attention to detail • Has a real passion for business related current affairs Remuneration A highly competitive base salary is supplemented by a benefits package and discretionary bonus scheme.
