Location: Ipswich

Salary: £20,000 per annum rising to, First Year: £22,000, Second Year: £24,000

Hours of Work: Full time (37.5 per week)

The Role:

Based in their profitable Ipswich Branch, which manages the South East region of the UK our client currently has a vacancy for a Management Trainee. The Trainee will undertake a two year training and development programme with the aim of becoming an Estimator or Surveyor upon completion of the programme. The minimum requirements to be considered for this vacancy is three A-Levels and previous experience of working in the construction industry.

Job Specific Training and Development:

Training and development will take place across different departments within the Company to enable the trainee to gain a full understanding of the business. The departments will include working on a scaffolding site, in the yard, Administration, Hire and Sales, Operations, Estimating and Surveying.

As a Management Trainee you will initially be given simple tasks, however, once your confidence and competence grow the tasks will become more varied and complex.
